By accessing our website, requesting a quote, or engaging our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our website or services.

We provide WordPress plugin development, WooCommerce store development, eCommerce migration, HTML/CSS to WordPress conversion, dropshipping store setup, integrations, website maintenance, and related digital solutions. Exact scope, deliverables, timelines, and pricing for any project are agreed separately with each client, typically via written quotation, invoice, or contract before work begins.

• Project quotes are estimates based on the scope discussed and may change if requirements change.
• We typically require an advance payment before starting a project, with the balance due on delivery or per an agreed milestone schedule.
• Accepted payment methods include Bank Transfer, PayPal, and USDT, unless otherwise agreed.
• Refunds are assessed on a case-by-case basis depending on work already completed. Advance payments are generally non-refundable once work has started, except where required by law.

• Provide accurate project requirements, content, credentials, and timely feedback.
• Ensure you have the legal right to use any content, images, or assets you provide us.
• Respond to review requests within a reasonable time to keep the project on schedule.

Upon full payment, ownership of the final custom deliverables (code, designs) created specifically for your project transfers to you, excluding any third-party plugins, themes, libraries, or assets that remain subject to their own licenses. We may retain the right to showcase completed work in our portfolio unless otherwise agreed in writing.

We aim to deliver high-quality, well-tested work. Post-delivery bug fixes related to our original scope are covered for a reasonable support period as agreed per project. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including loss of data, revenue, or business arising from the use of our services, to the maximum extent permitted by law.

Our services may involve third-party platforms (e.g., WordPress, WooCommerce, hosting providers, payment gateways). We are not responsible for the availability, performance, or policies of these third-party services.

Either party may terminate an ongoing project with written notice. Work completed up to the point of termination will be billed according to the agreed payment schedule.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Bangladesh. Any disputes arising from these terms or our services will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Bangladesh.

We may update these Terms & Conditions periodically to reflect changes in our practices or legal requirements. The “Last updated” date below indicates the most recent revision. Continued use of our website or services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
